We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Executive Trainee. The HR Executive Trainee will undergo comprehensive training in various aspects of human resources, gaining valuable hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and other HR functions. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about pursuing a career in HR and is eager to learn and contribute to the success of the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.
Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and also assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and HR policies.
  • Coordinate and support training initiatives for employees and assist in identifying training needs and developing relevant programs.
  • Participate in the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback, conducting reviews, and assisting in goal-setting.
  • Stay informed about labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in conducting audits to ensure HR processes align with legal requirements
  • Contribute to special HR projects as assigned, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, etc.
