Description :

  • Candidate should be able to identify new clients and add to the existing database of the company. 
  • Creation, Suggestion and execution of business development strategies. 
  • Generate leads/requirements from new clients and existing clients. 
  • Introduce company services to new prospects/clients. 
  • Consistent follow-ups with clients to develop long term relationships. 
  • Will be required to negotiate, close deals and manage client's accounts end-to-end. 
  • Making proposals for the clients. 
  • Daily reporting & MIS. 
  • Manage proposal pricing negotiations and process closure in a timely manner 
  • Willing to travel anywhere in India on a short notice

Skills/Requirements :

  • Exceptional Verbal & Written Communication Skills (Especially in English & Hindi). 
  • Exceptionally IT savvy. 
  • Exceptional in contacts development. 
  • Strong convincing and interpersonal skills 
  • Business case & Business plan development. 
  • Good in developing process flows and making presentations 
  • Should have the ability to deliver results and perform in a challenging environment. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office. 


UG: Any Graduate in Any Specialization 

PG: MBA/Industrial Relations, Marketing
