Subject Matter Expert (SME)
We are looking for passionate and committed individuals with a keen interest in public administration. In this role, you should be having a thorough understanding of Public Administration in the specific areas of a) Public Finance b) Licensing & Compliance and c) General Administration.
As an Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for conducting onsite studies at a Respective Department/ Institution/ Entity and prepare a Gap Analysis Report for Compliance to Mandated / Notified processes and Procedures. Identify areas of Streamlining the Existing Processes, Identify further areas for Process Improvements and help Design an Efficient Automated Solution based on Customer Requirement.
You will also be Responsible for Effectively Communicating the gathered Gap Analysis inputs, Opportunities for Streamlining Existing Processes and also the Proposed Process improvements to the End Users/ Stakeholders and Senior Officials of the Customer.
Based on the Consultations and Feedback received from the End Users, Stakeholders and Senior Officials, you should be able to finalise the Gap Analysis Report and Proposed Approach to address them.
If the Customer requirements is there, you will also be responsible for providing the inputs to the Technical Team of Kran, so that they will be able to Design/ Develop and Implement the system.
As an SME you will be interacting with Seniormost Officials in the Government especially at the level of Department Heads or Secretary Level Officials, Policy Makers etc.
